I just started Bikram Yoga 30days Challenge.
I've been doing Bikram on and off for about 5 years.
Surprisingly I've done 60days in a row, that means 2 of 30days Challenge in a row.
I was tight!!
Now I am back!!
"Bikram yoga is not an exercise, all about control your mind. "
That's what the teacher said. I totally agreed.
Like a marathon for me.. I have to be able to control myself! I need it, I knew it.
Just go for it!
