Have you ever done this before?
This is my 2nd time to do Master Cleanse.
I need to do this once in a while.
I do it because I wanna clean inside of my body.
Especially after I'm back from my vacation, I need it so badly.
I ate a lot of greasy and salty food in various restaurants.
I love food!! I just love to eat!! I love cooking as well :)

For master cleanse, you have to drink homemade lemonade.
Fortunately I love lemon so much. So I don't really get sick of lemonade, which is great.
But one thing I don't like to do is drinking salt water in a morning.
I hate it so much!! So I don't do it everyday, which is not great :(

Everybody said "I can't do it......." Master Cleanse sounds tough, right?
Yes it is! because I think it's tough. But if you think it's not tough, then it's not!!
It's all about your mindset. It's actually a training for your mind like a marathon which I am not good at.. I wanna be able to control myself more!!!! That's what I want.

Today's Recipe 【Summer's Turquoise】

It's summer NYC!!

Vegas$→LA→San Diego→Sick→Miracle Recovery! Everything is gonna be alright.

I traveled Vegas, LA and San Diego with my 2friends.
One is from Japan, the other is from NY.
My 9 days trip had been started with shopping with bubblely M氏 from Japan.

早速、We went to see the show called Zumanity.

We came to La Jolla.

It's cloudy and cold.

It was too cold to be in the water.
I wish I could swim!!

At last night, we went to see the night view.

Next day... I got soooo sick even I had to fly back to NY..
I guess because the schedule was the way too tight and I was so exhausted.
I learned the lesson this time. So next time I go to just Vegas to have fun and WIN!

By the way, I love LA. The weather is good. People are so nice.
I can drive car easily. The better quality of life.

The stranger said that to us with smiling at the airport.
"Everything is gonna be alright :)"
That means A LOT!!

My summer vacation for 12days♬

毎年恒例、夏と冬はVacationが必要です。
今年はべガス＆LAコース、２年ぶり♬
I'm leaving to Vagas and LA on this Wed. But I am not ready!!!!
旅立ち前はやることがたくさん！！
今日からVacation入りし、準備しながら練習しダラダラ過ごすことにしよう。
働いたあとのVacationはやっぱしいいね。
冬に行った日本＆アジア諸国ぶりの旅行☆
カンボジアは今まで訪れた国、３０数カ国中、一番のパワースポット！
べガスは一番のカジノ＆ショー！色んな場所によって目的が異なる。
ベスト海はモルディヴで、ショッピングはタイ！ダイヤとかも安いし。
日本は故郷だけど、行くたびにエナジーを頂きます。
旅は前にも言ったけど得る物が多い（Mentally&Physically)
I'm not gonna stop traveling!!

話は変わって、Carol's Daughterでジェル導入して８ヶ月経過（実質ちょうど半年）
数ヶ月で変化が見え始め、Fumicプロモーションのおかげで最近はジェルに戻ってくる人も増え、流行っております！I knew itだけど、嬉しい〜:)
いい物はいいんだよ！値段は高くてもAffordableと思う人は少なくない。
