I got the facial treatment at Jurlique today✨As you age, my skin is getting dehydrate... :( 

So I've been getting facial once a month.

That helps my skin to maintain nice and clean.

I got new items(^o^)

Balancing forming cleanser

It's expensive but really good :)

I use their rose products and smell so good!

Steam Veggies Plate... w Garlic×Ginger (This little bit of flavors make a big difference! much better than yesterday!!!)

Day3:Dinner (Cheating menu... lol) Nabe&Mozuku Shiso
Bunch of Moyashi&Konyaku.Shimeji,Enoki.Shiitake. Tofu. Scallion.Carrots
This is the best☆my food♥

Anyway completed! It was much easier than Lemonade master cleanse because I got to eat meals&snacks every 3hours. I was "Vegan" for 3 days. I respect vegan ppl. I can't be vegan...

It's really one of good hobbies to grow flowers and veggies. Love it!!

Body Cleanse

I bought these juices to start my body cleanse!

The taste is pretty good! Otherwise nobody buys... true..

More than those juces, I had to buy lots of veggies to follow the 3 day cleanse plan!
That's so scam lol.
I went to Whole Foods for grocery shopping and found many things I've never seen and even paid attention to..

                                               Look at what I got!!!!
          I've never bought beets, hemp seeds, rolled oats cauliflower and cocoa nibs.
          It was actually fun to look for something new!

Day1:Morning snack
Quinoa, berries and coconut butter
It was interesting. I've never had Quinoa before.

Day1;Lunch
Red Patato, Green Beans, Mustard, Mint

Day1: Dinner
Veggie burger w/o bread

Day2: Morning Snack
Fruits Bowl

Day2:Lunch
Beets.Grape fruits. Hemp Seeds. Chia Seeds. Balsamic Vinegar

Day2:After lunch snack
Bunch of 3 veggies...lol
This was least favorite snack so far... No Salt No Dressing Just Plain.. I'm not a cow!! lol

 

Day2: Dinner

The recipe says it's curry... Hummm I don't taste any curry!!! 

Just a little bit of salt and chili powder. Not curry at all.

It was good, tastes very fresh veggies..

Tomorrow is the last day☆

I hope my body got little rest from the daily torture. haha

New Cover by myself...!!

I just simply added more pics on previous design that I made...
But it took forever!!! OMG.  I didn't know about the pixels and basic info...
Somehow I could complete the new design...!!!!! Wow. My brain is so tired now. lol

BTW... My new card design has been completed☆of course by the professional.

I enjoyed today a lot!!
First, I fed them peanuts this morning... lol
They were eating peanuts so seriously.

New sweet guest from JP☆She loved the color! This is custom made color.
    Now I know I'm good at mixing colors and make whatever you like!!
   Mixed white, blue and gray to make grayish violet color.
   To match the grayish tone, I mixed the same gray in a sheer pink. came out perfect match☆
　

The gel lasted 6 weeks, never fell off anything!!!
    That's cool. NYkers are busy. The nails have to stay strong!!!
